The families and victim of crimes, injustices and disapperances, Mr. Oscar & Mrs. Connie Empeno, ( their Daughter Karen Empeno a student of UP was abducted in 2006) Extract from www.abante.com.ph written by Grace Padaca, 22 June, 2011.
(To read the full article please visits the Abante Online Website.)

Written by Grace Padaca, June 15, 2011.
